Chris has been a long-time realtor for Weichert, Realtors® and spent many years as part of the Robert Conrad Builders team in Columbia, Missouri where he learned the importance of quality construction and personalized service. Kate has had a 30-year career as a CPA in finance and enjoys spending her nights and weekends creating home designs that are not only beautiful but also functional for families. The couple takes pride in developing homes that are comfortable, adaptable to diverse needs, and make efficient use of space with creative storage solutions. Their thoughtful design makes any space feel warm and inviting. Kate repeatedly tells their clients, “I would never design a home that I wouldn’t love to live in myself.”
